Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on or through this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice containing all of the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for example, the title, author and, where applicable, a link to an authorised version).
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide the exact URL(s) on ThePikaShows.com.in where the allegedly infringing material appears, along with a description that allows us to locate it.
  3. Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address so we can reach you.
  4. Good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send Your Notice

Please send your complete DMCA notice through our Contact Us page with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”. To help us act quickly, include every item listed above — incomplete notices may delay processing.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the complaint and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party responsible for the content, where identifiable, and provide them with a copy of the notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material removed following a DMCA notice was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number and email; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area; and your physical or electronic signature. Send counter-notifications through our Contact Us page with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification”.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users or contributors who repeatedly post infringing material, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warning Against Misrepresentation

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a takedown notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your rights, consider seeking independent legal advice before filing a notice.
